6520-Polyester film/Insulating paper flexible composite material is a two-layer flexible laminate in which polyester film is bonded with fish paper.

►Features and Applications:
- Class E insulation (120°C)
- High mechanical strength and excellent dielectric property.
- As slot, interturn and liner insulation for E-grade motors and electric appliances.

►Availability:
- Form: rolls, sheets, strips
- Colour: cyan, natural brown. Other colours can be provided on request.

6630 6630A- DMD Class-B
6630 6630A-Polyester film/Polyester fiber non-woven fabric/Polyester film flexible composite material consists of two layer of -Polyester Fiber Non-woven Fabric and a single layer of Polyester Film in the center.

►Features and Applications:
- Class B insulation (130°C)
- Excellent dielectric and mechanical property, high tensile strength and heat resistance.
- As slot, interturn and liner insulation for B-grade motor and electric appliances.

►Availability:
- Form: rolls, sheets, strips
- Colour: white, pink and blue. Other colours can be provided on request.

6641- DMD Class-F

6641-Polyester film/polyester fiber non-woven fabric flexible composite material (F-DMD) is made from high melting point polyester film and hot-rolling polyester fiber non-woven fabric. The polyester film and polyester non-woven fabric are bonded by F-class adhesive.

►Features and Applications:
- Class F insulation (155°C)
- High mechanical strength, excellent electrical property, and immerse the function
- As slot , interphase and liner insulation for Y2 and other F-class electrical motorand electric apparatus.

6640(NMN)-Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper
6640(NMN)-Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper composite material is is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one of polyester film.

►Features and Applications:
- Class F insulation (155°C)
- Excellent Heat Resistance, dielectric property and Mechanical Strength.
- Good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness. Good compatibility with insulation varnish.
- As slot, interturn and liner insulation for F-grade motor and electric appliances.

6650(NHN)-Nomex paper/Polyimide film/Nomex paper/
6650(NHN)-Nomex paper/Polyimide film/Nomex paper flexible composite material is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one of polyimide film.

- Class H insulation (155°C)
- Excellent dielectric and mechanical property, even better properties of dielectric and mechanical under high temperature and after humidity.
- As slot, interturn and liner insulation for H-grade motor and electric appliances.

● Prepreg DMD
Prepreg DMD (class F) is formed in the process of precuring the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of hi-temp resistant Epoxy resin into B-stage by baking.

►Features and Applications:
- Class F insulation (155°C)
- As Interlayer insulation of copper foil (aluminium foil)-wrapped low voltage coils in dry-type transformers, slot insulation and interphase insulation in F class motor and electrical appliances.
